SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
(A) CS-24-01 "Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinet Fabrication & Installation for the Housing Division"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to supply and install wood cabinets in the kitchens and bathrooms for the City of Pembroke Pines Housing Division’s Apartments on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
(B) PSUT-25-04 "Wastewater Transmission System Hydraulic Model"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Consultant, to develop, calibrate, and implement a hydraulic model for the City's wastewater transmission system, and use the model to assess and optimize system capacity, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
(C) PSUT-25-02 "Revolution 84 RM Boom Truck"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to supply a Revolution 84 RM Boom Truck to support a wide range of municipal applications, primarily the construction, maintenance, and operation of utility infrastructure, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
(D) PSUT-25-03 "Gallegos Water Vac Tank Trailer"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to supply a water vac tank trailer to facilitate the efficient extraction, transport, and disposal of liquids, sludges, and semi-solids in municipal utility operations, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
(E) TS-25-02 "Workforce Development Project"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide the requested computer equipment for the Academic Village CAPE workforce expansion program, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
(F) TS-25-01 "Network Gear Infrastructure AV Campus"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide the requested Cisco infrastructure hardware for the city of Pembroke Pines, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.

(F) TS-24-01 "Network Gear infrastructure AV Campus"
The City of Pembroke Pines will ensure that the non-discounted portion of this purchase not covered by the USAC E-Rate program will be funded through City of Pembroke Pines- Academic Village Charter School IT infrastructure capital budgetary accounts in FY2025-26.
