SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
(A) PSUT-25-13 “Master Lift Station No. 4 (MLS4) Pump, Motor and Control Panel Replacement”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to replace the existing pumps, motors, and control panels at Master Lift Station No. 4 located at the SE corner of Washington St. and SW 114th Ave, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
The Project includes bypass pumping, cleaning, demolition and replacement of the dry pit pumping system, new electrical service, fixtures, and control panel, and startup/testing to ensure proper functionality as specified in the Contract Documents.
(B) PSUT-25-15 “Carbon Dioxide, Liquid, Bulk Delivery”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to purchase liquid carbon dioxide on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
(C) CS-25-06 “A/C Maintenance at the Pembroke Pines Health Park”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide preventive maintenance and service coverage for HVAC equipment.
(D) PD-25-06 “Police Mobile Command Post Generator Replacement”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to supply and install two diesel generators for the Police Department's Mobile Command Post and remove aged equipment, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
(E) RE-25-08 “Pavilion Replacement Project at Various Parks”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to demolish existing pavilions at various parks and purchase and install new pavilions at various parks, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
The existing pavilions have reached the end of their useful life. Due to age, visible deterioration, and ongoing maintenance concerns, full replacement is required to ensure the safety of park users and to provide facilities that are durable, compliant, and consistent with the City’s standards for public amenities. Replacing the pavilions will improve functionality, reduce long-term maintenance costs, and enhance the overall user experience at each park.
