SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
(A) PSPW-23-19 “Citywide HVAC Filter Replacement”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to supply the City of Pembroke Pines with HVAC filters.
(B) AD-23-02 "Operation and Management of Transportation Services"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms capable of operating, maintaining, and managing the City of Pembroke Pines Transportation Services for the City’s Charter Schools, the Community Bus System and the Senior Transportation Program.
(C) TS-23-16 "NetMotion Renewal for Various City Departments"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the requested NetMotion renewal licenses for the City of Pembroke Pines. NetMotion securely extends the City’s network to the mobile environment for Police, Code Compliance, Fire, City IT and Administration. It is mobile VPN software that maximizes mobile field worker productivity by maintaining and securing their data connections as they move in and out of wireless coverage areas and roam between networks. Designed specifically for wireless environments, NetMotion provides IT managers with the security and centralized control needed to effectively manage a mobile deployment. NetMotion complements existing IT systems, is highly scalable, and easy to deploy and maintain.
(D) CS-23-06 “Modernization of Elevators at Pines Point Senior Residence”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to modernize the elevators at Pines Point Senior Residence (401-601 NW 103 Ave Pembroke Pines, FL 33024). This project is a part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), thus this project will follow Federal Procurement guidelines.

This attachment is the standard boiler plate language that is used for the solicitations listed above. It is attached to this agenda item separate from the solicitations to reduce the repetition of this item.
