SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
(A) TS-25-21 "CISCO SECURITY INCIDENT RESPONSE RETAINER ENHANCED"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide the requested renewal of Cisco Security Incident Response Retainer Enhanced pricing for the City of Pembroke Pines, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
Cisco Security Incident Response Retainer Enhanced is a flexible service offering that provides both proactive (readiness) and reactive (retainer) services against cyber threats, ensuring the City is fully prepared to prevent, detect, and respond to security incidents.
(B) PSUT-25-11 “WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT PROCESS ENGINEERING, PUMPING AND FORCE MAINS”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Consultant, to serve in the capacity of Process Engineering Services, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
The City anticipates on establishing a “Continuing Contract” as defined by Florida Statute 287.055(2)(g), with a pool of firms that can be used on an as needed basis. The intent of the RFQ is to select a pool of firms that can provide all required services including planning, conceptual or detailed design, permitting, and construction services.
