MOTION TO APPROVE THE 2026-2028 DUAL ARTICULATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN BROWARD COLLEGE AND THE PEMBROKE PINES CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL, APPROVE THE PAYMENT OF DUAL ENROLLMENT INVOICES TO BROWARD COLLEGE FOR TUITION FEES IN AN ANNUAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $90,000, AND APPROVE THE PAYMENT OF DUAL ENROLLMENT INVOICES TO BARNES & NOBLE FOR INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS IN AN ANNUAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $40,000, FOR THE PEMBROKE PINES CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE DUAL ENROLLMENT PROGRAM, PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 1007.271(4) AND 1007.271(6)(B) OF THE FLORIDA STATE STATUTES AND SECTIONS 35.18(C)(7)(A) AND 35.18(C)(7)(J) OF THE CITY'S CODE OF ORDINANCES.
