SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
(A) RE- 20-05 “Asphalt Resurfacing of Linear Park Walking Path”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to repair and repave approximately 25,000 square feet of an asphalt path at Linear Park to ensure safe and level surfaces for the public to utilize. The Park is located within the FP&L easement north of Craig Rupp Dog Park on Johnson Street and south of Taft Street.
(B) PD-16-06 "Panasonic Toughbooks for the Police Department"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the Police Department with Panasonic Toughbooks (Model# FZ-55C0-02VM).

This attachment is the standard boiler plate language that is used for the solicitations listed above. It is attached to this agenda item separate from the solicitations to reduce the repetition of this item.
