Summary Explanation and Background

 

SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:

 

1.                     The City Commission of the City of Pembroke Pines, Florida, finds after canvass and certification of the votes cast in the Special Election held on March 11, 2025, that the official results thereof are as set forth in Exhibit “A,” attached hereto and incorporated herein.

 

2.                     In the event that any portion of this Resolution is found to be illegal, it shall be severed herefrom without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining portion of this Resolution.

 

3.                     All Resolutions or part of Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

 

4.                     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
