SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
1. Each month, the Natalie Belmonte Great Yards Award is hosted by the City's Planning and Economic Development Department and Code Compliance Division. This award aims to identify and acknowledge properties in the community that have a great yard, while also inspiring and enhancing the overall curb appeal of the community throughout the year.
2. The City will recognize one winner each month of the Great Yards Award (NBGYA), which recognizes the civic pride and beauty demonstrated through the creation of an outstanding yard in the community.
3. The winner of the award will be selected for each District on a rotational basis.
• District 1 - January, May and September
• District 2 - February, June and October
• District 3 - March, July and November
• District 4 - April, August and December
