PROJECT DESCRIPTION / BACKGROUND:
Alex Olivares, agent, is requesting approval of color exterior change for Jaffe Executive Office Building located on 8527 Pines Boulevard.
Per Broward County Property Appraiser, the building was constructed in 2001. The building was originally approved under Site Plan SP 99-11 in 1999 and has since received subsequent approvals, including a façade revision under RS 2000-29 and an exterior color change under MSC 2007-01.
BUILDINGS / STRUCTURES:
The applicant proposes the following colors:
o Main Body: Blank Canvas DC-003
o Trims Color: Gratifying Gray DC-008
No other site modifications are being proposed at this time. Building signs shall remain compliant with the current uniform sign plan.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff has reviewed the proposed changes and finds that the proposal meets all code requirements. Staff therefore recommends approval of this application.
