PROJECT DESCRIPTION / BACKGROUND:
Alex Cozzi, agent, is requesting approval of color exterior change for Taft & 77th Plaza located on 1591-1621 NW 77 Way. Per Broward County Property Appraiser, the building was constructed in 1972. In 2015, sign plan application SN 2015-05 was approved, which established a uniform sign plan for the plaza.
The applicant was cited by the Code Compliance division for exterior improvements without approval. The following citations are on record with the Code Compliance division:
• Case #250802560 - 1591-1621 NW 77 Way - Painting without Planning and Zoning Board approval.
BUILDINGS / STRUCTURES:
The applicant proposes the following colors:
o Main Body: SW 7632
o Roof Tile Paint Color: SW 7020
o Monument Sign: SW 7632
No other site modifications are being proposed at this time. Building signs shall remain compliant with the current uniform sign plan.
