SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
1. On December 4, 2024, the City Commission adopted the Strategic Plan titled “We Love Pembroke Pines: A Blueprint for a Brighter Future,” which outlines key priorities, goals, and initiatives to guide the City’s future.
2. As part of the implementation of the Strategic Plan, Administration has developed a Quarterly Status Report to provide updates on the progress of approved projects and initiatives. The report includes an overview of project status, timelines, expenditures, and alignment with the Strategic Plan goals and strategies. Detailed project sheets are also included for each project, providing additional information on scope, updates, and progress.
3. For reference, the phased project lists for Recreation Facilities and Roadway and Infrastructure Improvements, as presented to the City Commission in August 2025, are also attached.
4. The attached Strategic Plan Quarterly Status Report is being presented for the City Commission’s review and discussion.
