SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
1. On October 15, 2025, the City Commission approved the Fiscal Year 2026 Audit Plan, which included audits for Permitting Process Efficiency, Remediation and Validation of previous audits, and Utility Billing Accuracy.
2. These three audits have been completed. The Commission Auditor will email the final audit reports to all Commissioners in advance of the meeting.
3. The Commission Auditor will also present the audit findings during the meeting.
4. For reference, the approved 2026 Audit Plan is attached to this agenda item.
