SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
1. On December 11, 2025, commission approved agenda item # 25-2124 for the 2025 Transportation Operating Procedures (TOP) update.
2. On December 3, 2025, the Florida Department of Transportation conducted their triennial review, and the committee provided feedback. The committee requested various trainings for the drivers, as well as updated documentation for vehicle maintenance and revision of general operating procedures. All findings are to be completed by April 3, 2026 in order to be in compliance.
3. On March 24, 2026, the Florida Department of Transportation provided their letter of compliance stating all findings were completed on time and to their satisfaction.
4. Requesting Commission to approve the revised TOP.
