1. This motion seeks City Commission approval to:
 
- Accept the Bill of Sale for the water and sewer infrastructure improvements completed as part of the Chick-fil-A development located at 15901 Pines Boulevard, within Westfork Plaza, Pembroke Pines.
 
- Approve and authorize the recording of Utility Easements associated with the infrastructure, ensuring permanent City access and maintenance rights.
 
- Acknowledge receipt and approve the Final Certification Letter verifying the infrastructure was constructed in accordance with approved plans and applicable regulatory standards.
 
- All necessary construction and permitting activities have been completed, reviewed, and certified.
 
- Bowman Consulting Group, LTD. has issued a final certification confirming that all water and sewer improvements were built to approved plans and specifications.
 
- The City's Engineering Division has completed its inspection and verified compliance with the approved plans.
 
- Approval of this motion finalizes the City’s ownership and legal authority to operate and maintain the water and sewer infrastructure.
