SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
(A) PSPW-25-12 “Seepage Stormwater Pump Station”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to construct a stormwater pump station and associated utility improvements, including all labor, materials, equipment, permitting, and coordination necessary to complete the work, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
(B) PSPW-26-04 “Citywide Pressure Washing Services”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to furnish all labor, vehicles, chemicals, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision, except as otherwise specified herein, necessary to provide comprehensive pressure washing services for the City of Pembroke Pines, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
(C) PSPW-26-05 “Exterior Painting of Pembroke Pines Charter School - Central Campus”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to paint the exterior of the Pembroke Pines Charter School - Central Campus, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
