Summary Explanation and Background

 

SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:

1. The City Commission has two (2) appointed voting regular members who serves on the Charter Academic Village Advisory Board, each for a two year term. 

 

2.  An individual of the community possessing definable experience in educational and administrative matters shall be appointed by a majority of the City Commission.

 

3. The current appointments will expire on September 30, 2025.  The selected and appointed candidates by a majority of the City Commission shall serve a two-year term commencing October 1 until September 30.

 

4. The following candidates have submitted applications to serve:

 

                     -Olga Porven

                     -Timothy Razza

                     -Shachi Sharma

 

5. Notice of vacancy was posted for a 30 day period and attached are the applications for Commission consideration and appointment.
