1. The voters of the State of Florida approved Amendment 2 on the November 8, 2016, ballot which approved a constitutional amendment which legalized medical marijuana in Florida.
2. Pharmacists have the skills, training, experience, and education to help patients manage marijuana use, ask appropriate questions regarding a patient's use of medical marijuana, and can inform the patient's treating physician or other health care personnel of the patient's medical issues and needs.
