1. Altis Pembroke Gardens is generally located at SW 145th Avenue and SW 5th Street.
2. Thomas Engineering Group the Engineer of Record, Altis Pembroke Gardens has certified that the sewer main improvements have been completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
3. The Utility Easements which provide for maintenance access to the sewer improvements are being accepted by the City as part of this motion.
4. The Environmental Services Division has inspected the sewer improvements and found them to be consistent with the approved plans and specifications.
5. Motion to accept the Bill of Sale, Easement Dedication to be recorded and Cash Maintenance Bond, Check #1239, in the amount of $13,267.00 from Altis Pembroke Gardens, LLC for the sewer improvements on SW 145th Avenue.
