(A) PSEN-17-02 SW 145th & Pines Blvd. Intersection Improvements
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to modify SW 145th Ave. northbound traffic movement to a three lane left turn movement and a single through/right turn lane movement.

This attachment is the standard boiler plate language that is used for the solicitations listed above. It is attached to this agenda item separate from the solicitations to reduce the repetition of this item.
Financial Impact
FINANCIAL IMPACT DETAIL:
(A) PSEN-17-02 SW 145th & Pines Blvd. Intersection Improvements
On February 17, 2016, the City commission approved having the proper City Officials sign the State of Florida Department of Transportation County Incentive Grant Program Agreement for the financial obligations, construction oversight and management of the roadway improvements of SW 145th Avenue from SW 5th Street to Pines Boulevard. Part One of the Grant was for the design of the roadway improvements approved by City Commission on October 16, 2013. Part Two of the grant is worth $214,726.00 and requires a 50% match, the parties agree that the FDOT maximum participation is $107,363.00 and all remaining costs of the Project will be borne by the City. Funds for this project are currently budgeted in account # 100-541-6003-46164 (R&M Resurfacing).
