SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
LuAnn Lacova, agent, has submitted a miscellaneous plan application for a color change at the Colony Point residential community, generally located north of Johnson Street and west of Hiatus Road.
The applicant proposes to paint the residential community. The color change includes the condominium buildings, surrounding community wall, clubhouse, guardhouse and racquetball court the following colors:
• Main Body Color / Wall: Perfect Greige, SW 6073, Tan
• Catwalk / Stairs / Accent: Keystone Gray, SW 7054, Dark Tan
• Trim / Doors: Refuge, SW 6228, Blue Gray
The application has been reviewed by staff and found to meet code requirements. Staff therefore recommends approval of the application.
