ZC 2017-05, The purpose of this item is to transmit, as recommended by staff, a favorable recommendation to the City Commission, at the request of 1600 SW 66 Avenue, LLC, a zoning change from B-3 / M-1 (General Business / Light Industrial District) to PD-SL (Planned Development - Small Lot District) with associated 80 reserve unit allocation for the 1600 Building (ZC 2017-05) property generally located north of Pembroke Road, east of the Florida Turnpike, along SW 66 Avenue, containing approximately 1.902 acres more or less.
