SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
1. South Florida Therapeutic Solutions was selected to be the third-party contractor for the Police Department’s Adult Civil Citation Program, with the original agreement executed on December 21, 2017.
2. This addendum amends the services to be provided by South Florida Therapeutic Solutions (SFTS), which will permit SFTS to seek and collect restitution from referred offenders that will be disbursed to eligible victims of those offenders.
3. No revenue will be collected by the City.
