SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
1. On October 3, 2018, Item #15 (File ID # 18-1078) went before Commission.
2. The Item was "Motion to approve the meeting minutes of the 9/12/2018 Fire Assessment/Nuisance Abatement Public Hearing; 9/4/2018 First Budget Hearing and Regular Commission Meeting minutes; and 9/17/2018 Second Budget hearing and Regular Commission Meeting Minutes.
3. Vice Mayor Good pulled the minutes of the 9/17/2018 Regular Commission Meeting to address a correction needed in the vote action for Item #1 (File ID # 18-1032) pertaining to Recommendation of the Evaluation Committee and PSUT-18-03 "Utilities Comprehensive Master Plan Services" to CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc.
4. On that item the vote action was corrected to reflect that the motion failed:
Vice Mayor Good made an amendment to the motion, seconded by Commissioner Schwartz, to bring the item back to the Evaluation Committee for review, and have the Evaluation Committee make a recommendation with all the additional information that was provided, and submit said recommendation before the Commission. The motion carried as follows:

Nay: - 3 - Mayor Ortis, Commissioner Castillo and Commissioner Schwartz
