(A) PSPW-18-14 “Exterior Painting of the Senior Center Complex”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to waterproof and paint the exterior of the buildings of the senior center complex on NW 103rd Avenue, with the intent of preventing stucco damage, water infiltration and maintain the aesthetic appearance of such.

This attachment is the standard boiler plate language that is used for the solicitations listed above. It is attached to this agenda item separate from the solicitations to reduce the repetition of this item.
