SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
1. On November 19, 2018, the City Commission authorized the advertisement of PSPW-18-13 "Roof Replacement of Various City Wide Buildings", which was advertised on November 27, 2018.
2. The purpose of this solicitation was to replace the roofs at the Senior Residences Complex, Central Stores, and the Health Park Polk Building which have reached their useful life expectancy.
