(A) PSPW-19-10 "Roof Replacements at Various City Buildings"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to re-roof the Carl Shechter Community Center, Pines Recreation Center North Concession Stand, Pasadena Park Restroom Bldg., Parks East Side Maintenance Bldg. (Across from Johnson Street Dog Park, Studio 18, Bright Beginnings Preschool, and FSU Charter School “B” Building.

Funds have not been budgeted for the Bright Beginnings Preschool and FSU Charter School “B” Building locations; however, after the proposals are received and evaluated an agenda item will be brought to Commission for approval with a request for funding.
