SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
(A) PSUT-19-05 “Holly Lake Booster Station and Wastewater Treatment Plant Fuel Tank Removal and Generator Re-Pipe”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to remove the 8,000 gallon below ground diesel tank and day tank at Holly Lake Booster Station. Contractor is to pour a concrete slab, install a new above ground tank and day tank and re-pipe. The City is also seeking proposals from qualified firms to pour a concrete slab, remove and replace day tank and install an 8,000 gallon above ground diesel tank and piping at the Waste Water Treatment Plant location.
(B) RE-19-16 "Gelcoat Restoration of Water Slides at Aquatic Center"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide restoration of two (2) 130-foot long open water slides.
(C) TS-19-04 "Citrix SD-WAN Hardware"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the requested Citrix SD-WAN hardware to provide a resilient and highly available WAN to service the City’s various departments and locations including (but not limited to) City Center, Police, Fire, Public Services, and Charter Schools.

Financial Impact
FINANCIAL IMPACT DETAIL:
(A) PSUT-19-05 “Holly Lake Booster Station and Wastewater Treatment Plant Fuel Tank Removal and Generator Re-Pipe”
Funds are not currently budgeted for this project. After a contract is negotiated, an agenda item will be brought to Commission approval with a request for funding.
(B) RE-19-16 "Gelcoat Restoration of Water Slides at Aquatic Center"
Funds are available in account # 1-572-7001-46150 (R&M Land, Building and Improvement)
(C) TS-19-04 "Citrix SD-WAN Hardware"
Funds are available in account # 1-513-2002-307-64051 (Computer Programs)
