SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
1. The water and sewer improvements constructed to serve the PDQ restaurant located at 11211 Pines Boulevard were accepted by the City of Pembroke Pines on April 18, 2018.
2. The Environmental Services Division has inspected all the water and sewer improvements constructed as part of the PDQ restaurant and found them to be acceptable.
3. Recommend City Commission release the maintenance bond in the amount of $15,229.50 submitted to meet the one year maintenance period for the water and sewer improvements for the PDQ Restaurant.
Item has been reviewed by the Commission Auditor and approved for the Agenda.
