SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
(A) PSUT-20-04 "Water Treatment Plant Facility Improvements 2020"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to furnish all necessary materials, equipment, tools, personnel, etc., to complete the renovations and painting of Accelator Unit “A”, Painting Completion of Accelator Unit “D”, Painting of the Exterior of Accelator Units “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”, painting of walkway structural components, light brackets, filters 1, 2, 3, East 2MG Water Storage Tank Exterior, and Ion Exchange Instrumentation Upgrade.
(B) PSPW-20-03 "Modernization of Elevator for Pines Place Tower III"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms for the Pines Place Tower III Elevator Modernization project which includes the improvement of the overall operation of the equipment, through the pre-planned and pre-scheduled replacement or addition of apparatus not previously installed.
(C) PSPW-20-05 "Exterior Painting of Various City Buildings"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to waterproof, paint and replace tilt wall joints to the exterior of Various City Facilities, with the intent of preventing stucco damage, water infiltration and maintain the aesthetic appearance of such.
(D) Boiler Plate
This attachment is the standard boiler plate language that is used for the solicitations listed above. It is attached to this agenda item separate from the solicitations to reduce the repetition of this item.
