(A) PSUT-20-06 "Wastewater Treatment Plant Effluent Pump Station Electrical Rehabilitation"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the electrical rehabilitation of the effluent pump station located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 13955 Pembroke Road, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029
(B) PSUT-20-07 "Water Treatment Plant Lime Feed System Refurbishment, SCC Valve Insertion, and Magnetic Flowmeter Insertion”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms to a) refurbish the existing Lime Feed System, b) install Valves in the 30” Solids Contact Clarifiers (SCC) Effluent Lines, c) Install a Line Stop to facilitate the installation of the valves, d) add Access Ports/Cleanouts to the 30” SCC Effluent Line, and e) Install a Full Profile Insertion Electromagnetic Flowmeter in the 30” treated water line at the City’s Water Treatment Facility located at 7960 Johnson Street, Pembroke Pines, Florida.
(C)TS-20-04 "Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide the requested Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan licensing for the City of Pembroke Pines. The Flex Plan entitles the City to use Cisco's industry-leading collaboration tools under one simple subscription-based offer.
(D) TS-20-05 "Chromebooks, Licenses, Mobile Carts, Desktops and Monitors for Pembroke Pines Charter Schools"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide the requested Chromebooks, Google Chrome Management Licenses, Mobile Chromebook Carts, Desktops and Monitors for the City of Pembroke Pines Charter Schools.
(E) PL-20-01 "Grant Administration for Community Redevelopment Projects"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking qualification statements from firms to supply Grant Management, Administration and Implementation for Community Redevelopment Projects.

This project is anticipated to be completed during the Charter School's 2020-21 fiscal year, therefore, if approved, funds will be budgeted in the proposed budget for the Charter School's 2020-21 fiscal year.

No cost to the City, funds paid to the awarded vendor will be provided through grant funding.
