SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:

(A) PSPW-20-04 "Construction of Equipment & Machinery Building"

The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of an Equipment & Machinery Building.

(B) PSUT-20-08 “Infiltration Removal Lateral and Mainline Lining Program”

The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to rehabilitate approximately 22,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer and 450 laterals using the CIPP method. The City has previously conducted inflow and infiltration analysis of the sanitary sewer system in this work area. Its goal is to line the vitrified clay main lines and laterals using CIPP technology.

(C) PSPW-20-08 "Replacement of Windows & Doors to Impact Rated Material at SW Focal Point Center"

The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms for replacement of exterior windows, pedestrian doors as necessary at the Carl Shechter Southwest Focal Point Community Center.  This project is a part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
