The invitation for bid shall include instructions to bidders, plans, drawings and specifications, if any, bid form and other required forms and documents to be submitted with the bid.”

SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
1. On November 4, 2020, the City Commission authorized the advertisement of IFB # TS-20-11 “Informacast Renewal-Upgrade Licenses”, which was advertised on November 10, 2020.
2. The purpose of this solicitation was to provide the requested Informacast renewal/upgrade licenses for the City of Pembroke Pines. Informacast is the software used at all the Charter School campuses to communicate to speakers, clocks and panic buttons for announcements, paging and code alerts.
3. On December 1, 2020, the City opened one (1) bid from the following vendor:

4. The Technology Services Department has reviewed the bid and has deemed Presidio Networked Solutions LLC to be a responsive/responsible bidder.
5. In addition, Presidio Networked Solutions LLC, Inc. has completed the Equal Benefits Certification Form and have stated that the "Contractor currently complies with the requirements of this section."
6. Request Commission to award IFB # TS-20-11 “Informacast Renewal-Upgrade Licenses", to the most responsive/responsible bidder, Presidio Networked Solutions LLC, in the amount not to exceed $66,767.17.
