SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
1. According to the by-laws of the Broward League of Cities, the City must appoint a Director, Alternate, and Second Alternate to attend and vote at any Board of Directors or General Membership meeting held where the City is being represented.
2. The current appointments are Vice Mayor Siple (Director), Commissioner Schwartz (Alternate) and Commissioner Good (Second Alternate).
3. The League is requesting that all appointments be made prior to April 30, 2021.
