SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
(A) FI-21-03 "Floor Resurfacing Project for Fire Stations"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to remove existing floor coatings, complete repairs to existing concrete floors, prep floors and install new epoxy floor coatings.
(B) PSUT-21-03 "Water Meter Installation Project"
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in providing services for the installation of new water meters for the replacement of aging residential water meters, 20-years old or older, throughout the City. The replacement will be by route, totaling approximately 16,272 of Owner-Supplied water meters. There is a separate item on tonight's agenda requesting for Commission to approve the purchase of the new meters.
(C) TS-21-05 “Chromebooks, Licenses, Laptops and Docking Stations for Charter Schools”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, to provide the requested Chromebooks, Google Chrome Management Licenses, Laptops and docking stations for the City of Pembroke Pines Charter Schools.
The requested items will be replacing end of life and/or damaged Chromebooks, Google Chrome Management Licenses, Laptops and docking stations from COVID-19 distributions at the Charter Schools.
(D) Boiler Plate
This attachment is the standard boiler plate language that is used for the solicitations listed above. It is attached to this agenda item separate from the solicitations to reduce the repetition of this item.
