SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
1. This item pertains to an agreement between the Broward Supervisor of Elections Office (BSOE) and the City of Pembroke Pines.
2. The Supervisor shall conduct the municipal election to be held by Municipality on the day of Tuesday, March 8, 2022, in accordance with the State of Florida Election Code and the Local Election Law, each as amended from time to time. The Parties may identify additional municipal election(s) that shall be deemed included within the scope of Section 2.1 of the agreement upon written approval of both the Supervisor and the authorized representative of the Municipality.
3. The municipal agreement comes before the City Commission for approval.
