1.  Part of the agreement with Operations Management International, Inc., the City is responsible for providing chemicals for the operation of the Utilities Division.

2.  The City of Pembroke Pines Utilities Division utilizes Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5% as part of the Water Treatment process conducted at the Water Treatment Plant.

3.  The current Piggy-Back Agreement with Charlotte County and Hawkins Water Treatment Group, Inc. is set to expire December 11, 2021.
