Summary Explanation and Background

1.                     The water and sewer improvements were constructed to serve Bergeron Park of Commerce, which is located Southwest corner of Stirling Road and SW 196^th Avenue in the City of Pembroke Pines.

2.                      The Environmental Services Division inspected all the water and sewer improvements constructed as part of Bergeron Park of Commerce Outdoor at the parcel 15.25 Acre on June 9, 2022.

3.                     Recommend City Commission release Maintenance Bond # SU1141860 for 14,999.46 for the water and sewer improvements at Bergeron 15.25 Acre Parcel.
