(A) TS-22-08 “Electronic Devices for Charter Schools”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the requested electronic devices for the City of Pembroke Pines Charter Schools, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
The City anticipates utilizing ESSER III funds, thus this project will follow Federal Procurement guidelines.
(B) Boiler Plate
This attachment is the standard boiler plate language that is used for the solicitations listed above.
