SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
(A) TS-23-07 “Network Cameras”
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide the requested network cameras to the Technology Services Department, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
(B) PSPW-23-11 "Citywide Trees, Plants & Other Landscaping Materials"
The City intends to award a pool of contractors to be used on an as-needed basis for various landscaping projects that arise throughout the City.
(C) Boiler Plate
This attachment is the standard boiler plate language that is used for the solicitations listed above. It is attached to this agenda item separate from the solicitations to reduce the repetition of this item.
