SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:

 

1.  This Resolution authorizes the Mayor, Vice Mayor, City Manager, City Clerk and Finance Director to sign vouchers, checks investment instructions and other deposit and withdrawal instructions.

 

2.  Two signatures are required for all transactions.

 

3.  A new authorization resolution is required as a result of the appointment of Commissioner Thomas Good, Jr. as Vice Mayor for 2024-2025.

 

4.  Recommend adoption of Proposed Resolution No. 2024-R-08.
