PROPOSED RESOLUTION 2024-R-10 IS A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PEMBROKE PINES, FLORIDA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND RECORDING OF A DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANT PROHIBITING INCINERATORS OR RELATED USES ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5400 SW 208TH LANE, SOUTHWEST RANCHES, FL 33332 AND DIRECTING THE APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO TAKE ANY AND ALL ACTION NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THE INTENT OF THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

3. Recommend City Commission adopt Resolution 2024-R-10.
